Position Summary

Line Cooks prepare high-quality meals quickly and consistently while maintaining cleanliness, proper food safety, and strong teamwork. This position works the grill, fryer, flat-top, oven, and serving line.

Responsibilities

Cook menu items according to recipes

Maintain fast and accurate ticket times

Keep the serving line stocked and organized

Assist with daily prep

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams

Clean and break down station at shift end

Qualifications Required:

Basic cooking skills

Ability to handle fast-paced environments

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred:

1–3 years line cook or short-order cook experience

ServSafe Food Handler Certification

Experience with grill, fryer, or flat-top
